"Medicine of the Future" 2025

INFORMATION LETTER

Dear Colleagues,

The Department of General Medical Practice of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University invites you to participate in the

International Scientific and Practical Conference "Medicine of the Future"

on April 17, 2025

Today, medicine is entering a new era—moving from diagnosing and treating diseases of individual organs to a systemic approach to human health. Personalized therapy based on biomarkers is replacing mass treatment methods, biotechnology is actively used, and robotics is opening up new opportunities. The medicine of the future will bring ultra-precise health diagnostics throughout life and the ability to predict one's own and descendants' diseases, which drives the development of preventive medicine. The goal of preventive medicine is to identify potential diseases and prevent them at an early stage. The International Scientific and Practical Conference "Medicine of the Future" aims to present interdisciplinary knowledge and the latest achievements in this field.

Main topics of the conference:

l Interdisciplinary issues of clinical medicine.

l Biological markers for predicting individual disease risks, identifying diseases, assessing treatment effectiveness and outcomes, and developing new drugs.

l Modern IT technologies in medicine (digital technologies, automated medical decision-making systems). Artificial intelligence in medicine.

l Leading foreign and domestic scientists, doctors of all specialties, teachers, and students of medical universities (doctoral students, master's students, interns, senior students) will participate in the conference.

As part of the conference, a Young Scientists Competition will be held, including oral and poster presentations on LED screens in the hall, showcasing the achievements of modern diagnostic and therapeutic technologies.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format (online/offline).

Venue: Almaty, Al-Farabi Library, Al-Farabi Avenue 71, 4-th floor.

Official languages of the conference: Kazakh, Russian, English.

Conference materials will be published in a special collection.

This event is accredited by the Commission for the Evaluation of Educational Activities for Continuing Medical Education (CME) for 12 academic hours.

1. Title of the article/abstract;

2. Full name of the author(s);

3. Name of the institution, city, country;

4. Text (introduction, methods, results, conclusion, references for articles);

5. Margins: 2 cm on all sides, font: Times New Roman - 12, line spacing: 1. Abstract length: 1 page, article length: 3-5 pages.
